We are looking for a specialist to support the project in the area of system architecture and process optimization. The role includes conducting requirements and design sessions with business stakeholders, defining solution architectures, and improving existing technical and operational processes. The ideal candidate brings experience in Knowledge & Training Management, Agile methodologies, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), integration technologies (Mulesoft, APIs), and DB/ETL best practices. Additional advantages include familiarity with machine learning tools, configurable SaaS CMS platforms, Cornerstone, SFDC, and PMM/GxP documentation requirements.
